The villas are located within 200 m from the most famous restaurants of Bali (Ultimo, Trattoria) less than 400 m from sea, although, only 300 m from KUDETA and the main atractions of Seminyak, the villas remain a very peaceful and quiet retreat.

These villas have been designed to provide 2, 5, 6 and 8 bedrooms (very rare in this area) - The building with its large open living room, its signature high ceiling and its American style fitted kitchen opens completely into a private garden with deckchairs and outdoor open-air shower. The large 25 square meters bedrooms have a partly open-air bathroom and their own garden.

The interior decor is a mix of sober style and timelessness. The furniture of purified lines were designed in gorgeous materials such as flax and Sonokeling wood. The feeling of space and peacefulness is achieved by the blend of colors ranging from tones such as mole to beigie, chocolate with touches of green and gray.
